About The Position
Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift (Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Care) Base Pay: Up to $45/hour Differentials: Up to +$15/hour total ( $10 core differential + additional night shift differential ) Bonus: $5,000 sign-on bonus (full-time) Schedule: Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem Shift: Night Shift (Overnights) + Baylor options available Why Join The Cedars on Nights? Requirements
- Active Maine Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
- Associate Degree in Nursing (required); BSN preferred
- 1+ year experience preferred (acute or long-term care)
- New grads welcome with strong clinical training
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize overnight needs
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care during overnight hours
- Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments
- Ensure a safe, calm, and comfortable environment for residents
- Supervise LPNs and CNAs on night shift
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation
- Communicate effectively with day shift for continuity of care
- Support geriatric, dementia, and rehabilitation services
