About The Position
Offering Relocation Assistance if you live more than 75 miles from Hillsdale, plus we'll pay up to $5,250 on your student loan! Requirements
- Valid Michigan RN license (may be able to work as a GN while getting your Michigan endorsement)
- BLS, ACLS, NRP, and TEAM certification (available through Hillsdale Hospital)
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred but not required
- OB experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze assessment data, identify appropriate nursing diagnosis lists, and create individualized plan of care
- Monitor patients’ conditions and maintain accurate, detailed and confidential reports and records
- Evaluate outcomes and adjust nursing care process as indicated to ensure optimal patient care
- Participate in unit specific/hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives and assist with activities that enhance quality of nursing practices
