About The Position

An outpatient neuroscience program is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support a complex neurological patient population. This role functions as a direct caregiver and care coordinator, working collaboratively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to ensure safe, effective, and individualized care across the continuum. The RN will manage patient assessments, care planning, education, and follow-up in a fast-paced ambulatory environment.

Requirements

Medication management
Active New Jersey RN license
BLS certification
At least six months of relevant nursing experience or be active participants in a nurse residency program
BSN is required to be in progress or completed within three years of hire
