About The Position

NOW HIRING Compassionate Registered Nurse, Home Care Supervisor

Interim HealthCare is seeking a Full Time/Part Time Home Care Supervisor to join our growing team in the Wallace, North Carolina ! 

This is a great career opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse/ RN with previous home care supervisory experience.

This position requires a daily commute to our Wallace office location. Company car will be provided for all nurse home care supervisory visits!

   Full Time
Monday through Friday
8:00am-5:00pm
Part Time
2-3 days per week (flexible days)

The ideal candidate would be a Registered Nurse who has a strong supervisory background, critical thinking skills, and a working knowledge of home care. Our Registered Nurse/ RN Supervisor would provide quality oversight of patient care, collaborate with management to develop and implement processes, and always has regulation compliance, policies, and client outcomes as priority.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
• Registered Nurse with active, unrestrictive license in the State of North Carolina
• Current CPR Certification
• Two (2) - Three (3) years of geriatric experience as a Registered Nurse within the last seven (7) years preferred.
• One (1) to Two (2) years of home care and./ or facility staffing or related health care organization experience managing caregivers within the last five (5) years.

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred.
• Two (2) - Three (3) years of geriatric experience as a Registered Nurse within the last seven (7) years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, evaluate, motivate, and develop professional and paraprofessional employees
• Follow accepted standards of clinical practice
• Use critical decision making to provide oversight and guidance to the healthcare team to efficiently and effectively manage the assigned patient population
• Contribute to business growth by presenting information, education, and support to external customers as requested
