Departments: Emergency Services, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU), PACU, Med Surg, Telemetry, Otho/Neuro, PACU, Labor & Delivery
Shifts: Day, Mid & Night
Start Date: ASAP

Requirements

• Current and valid state RN License.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience in an acute care hospital ER required.
• BCLS, ACLS upon hire and maintain current.
• PALS upon hire and maintain current.
• EDAP and EDAP II required within 6 months from date of hire.
• BLS upon hire and maintain current.
• Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation required.
• Minimum of one year as a staff RN in acute care hospital, critical care required.
• Previous 1 year of Critical Care experience required
• Minimum 1 year of expereince required.
• Minimum 1 year of PACU experience required.
• Minimum 1 year of L & D experience required.
• NRP Certificate required.
• Basic Fetal Monitoring cert required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry, promptly identifying and responding to changes in patient condition.
• Communicate effectively with physicians regarding patient status, diagnostic results, and response to treatment.
• Educate patients and families on health management, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
• Ensure quality and continuity of care by adhering to facility policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards.
