Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Nursing (minimum)
  • Current RN license to practice in Wisconsin (or ability to obtain)
  • BLS certification (Infant-Adult) for Healthcare Providers
  • Open to new graduates and experienced RNs

Responsibilities

  • Teach patients and families essential self-care skills to support recovery and independence.
  • Deliver compassionate care to individuals recovering from brain injuries, strokes, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and debility due to prolonged illnesses.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team-including PTs, OTs, SLPs, social workers, CNAs, and fellow RNs.
