About The Position
In accordance with department policy and the patient’s plan of care, the RN provides direct and/or indirect nursing care, treatment and instruction in the homes of patients referred by the Home Care department.
Requirements
- Current IL RN license
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have strong decision-making, problem solving and organizational skills
- Must have strong communication skills and exhibit behaviors of excellence-be safe, be respectful, be professional, be accountable, be collaborative
- Must be a patient advocate and adopt our Standards of Behavior
Nice To Haves
- 2 years of acute care experience preferred
