About The Position

This position is responsible for the delivery of resident care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, evaluation and documenting direct and indirect nursing care in accordance with the physician's plan of care. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient resident care delivery and the achievement of desired resident outcomes. Supports the organization vision and mission. Utilizes knowledge of resident’s age and cultural diversity into the provision of resident care. Contributes to the provision of quality nursing care through performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in resident care. Location We are located at 1065 Bucks Lake Road, Quincy, CA 95971. Compensation Compensation Philosophy: We have 30 pay increments on our pay scales to compensate staff for 30 years of relevant experience. Compensation range: $57.72 - $82.30 Job Status / Shift Information We are looking to secure staff to join our SNF in the coming months as our resident population grows. Shifts are 12 hours. Available shifts: Per Diem, non-benefited

Requirements

  • At least one (1) year experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
  • Current California RN license.
  • Current certification in CPR.
  • Ability to utilize the nursing process in the provision of nursing care including but not limited to administering treatments and medications, interpreting diagnostic tests, formulating a plan of care, collaborating with other health care providers, and providing education to residents and/or significant others.

Our program is operational from 7:45am to 5:15pm, Monday through Friday, and is approved for children aged 0 to 5 years.
