Position Highlights
Job Duties: Performs case management and skilled nursing care according to a MD established order for home health and hospice patients. Responsible for supervising the nursing tasks of the Licensed Practical Nurse and Home Health Aide when they are assisting in the care of the primary RN’s patient.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a college or university required.
• Must have current license from the state of Minnesota and be able to obtain licensure in the state of South Dakota.
• CPR certified or must be obtained within 1 week of hire.
• A valid driver’s license and auto insurance is required.

Nice To Haves

• One to two years of nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with home health and hospice care preferred.
