Med Surg 3rd Floor North – RN II - Full Time / Nights Bring your passion to Texas Health so we are Better + Together Work location: Texas Health Alliance: 10864 Texas Health Trail Fort Worth, TX 76244 Work hours: Full Time (36 Hour) Nights with x3 shifts per week with rotating weekends and holidays Department Highlights: Med Surg 3rd Floor North Ranges from around 20-28 patients Workplace culture 2nd to none Great benefits/ 401k / PTO Highly engaged management Here’s What You Need Education Nursing Diploma (nursing) required Or Associate's Degree Nursing required Or Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred Experience 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program required 2+ years of Tele and/ or Med Surg experience in domestic hospital setting preferred Licenses and Certifications RN - Registered Nurse upon hire required And BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required CPI- Crisis Prevention Intervention Training (maintained annually) 90 days required And ACLS- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (charge only) 90 days required What You Will Do Basic Human Needs - Responds to others' priorities regarding safety, physical, psychological and social needs. Requirements

Nursing Diploma (nursing) required Or
Associate's Degree Nursing required Or
Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred
