About The Position

ChristianaCare is currently seeking an experienced full-time Registered Nurse for our GI practice located at Union Hospital in Elkton, MD. The selected nurse will support 3 providers at this location. Work Schedule Monday-Friday, day shift no weekends or holidays Position Highlights Provides telephone triage support. Applies critical thinking skills to help patient's navigate questions and concerns. Provides patient education as needed, facilitates prescription refills, retrieves messages and follows up appropriately.

Requirements

• A graduate of a state approved or National League of Nursing accredited School of Nursing.
• Two years’ experience as a RN, physician office experience preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Maryland.
• BLS certification required.

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred; ADN considered with agreement of completion of BSN in 3 years.
