Requirements

Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Proven experience in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and healthcare standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive situations with professionalism
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
Must have active BLS

Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with physician orders and clinic protocols
Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient vital signs and document medical histories accurately
Assist physicians during examinations and procedures
Educate patients and their families on health management, medication, and treatment plans
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies
Manage patient scheduling and follow-up appointments
