REGISTERED NURSE (NIGHTS)
About The Position
Rite of Passage Team is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Night Shift at the Tampa Bay Girls Academy in Tampa, Florida. The company is dedicated to improving the lives of youth and inspiring positive change. The Tampa Bay Girls Academy operates multiple co-located secure residential commitment programs serving high-risk and maximum risk female youth aged 12-21. These programs utilize evidence-based practices to deliver comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision, including psychotherapeutic services such as individual, family, and group counseling. As an RN, you will have the unique opportunity to create a positive, safe, and supportive environment for the youth served, while building a career rich in growth opportunities and self-fulfillment.
Requirements
- Possess a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Licensed in the state of Florida
- Strong clinical and analytical skills in assessing and addressing challenging behaviors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members
- Ability to adapt and customize behavior intervention programs to meet the unique needs of each individual
- Must possess a current State Driver’s License and Insurance
- Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
- Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry
