About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse – Rehab to join a dedicated healthcare team in Enid, Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical expertise, adaptability, and excellent patient‑care skills within an acute care rehab environment.
Requirements
- BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – Required
- NIHSS Certification – Required
- Minimum 2 years of Acute Care experience
- Previous Travel Nursing experience
- Cerner EMR experience
Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality nursing care to rehab patients in an acute care setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Document care using Cerner electronic medical records
- Support patients through rehabilitation processes with compassion and clinical skill
