9A is a vibrant 24-bed neurological telemetry unit specializing in adult and geriatric inpatient care. As the designated Comprehensive Stroke Care Unit by The Joint Commission, 9A stands at the forefront of cutting-edge stroke management and neuro care. Our patient population includes those with ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes, transient ischemic attacks, encephalopathy, and other complex neurological conditions. On 9A, nurses are empowered to master advanced clinical skills such as: Central line dressing changes, Foley catheter management, Dobhoff tube placement and care, Tracheostomy care, IV therapy and more. As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
