We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity available on our Medical Progressive Care unit at Methodist Hospital ! This 24-bed ICU stepdown unit provides hands-on care for complex medical patients with stroke, cystic fibrosis, sickle cell, acute/end stage liver failure, alcohol withdrawal and substance abuse overdose, along with a multitude of other co-morbidities. On this unit, you will make an immediate impact on our patient's lives. This position currently qualifies for a NEW hourly wage differential in addition to standard shift and holiday differentials. More details about this differential will be provided during the interview process. Special Weekend Option positions qualify for premium pay!
Requirements
- Requires Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Requires current state of Indiana license as Registered Nurse.
- Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
- Other Advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
