POSITION SUMMARY: · Knowledgeable about and has ability to administer prescription medications (e.g. antihistamine, intravenous fluid, beta agonist inhalers, epinephrine) and other appropriate interventions under the order of a Radiologist with an audio/visual consult for contrast reaction emergency management. · Provides post care follow up for patients that have had a contrast reaction and/or other type of incident (i.e. infiltrate, vasovagal response, fall, etc.). · Maintenance, monitoring, and auditing of site emergency cart to include collaboration with managers and Quality to ensure supplies are checked, available, and appropriately labeled. DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Education – bachelor's degree, RN certified. Preferred Years of experience CPR, ACLS/BLS. 5+ yrs. experience, preferably in Interventional Radiology, emergency/critical medicine and/or code team experience preferred. Requirements

  • Education – bachelor's degree, RN certified
