Registered Nurses are needed for patient care in and around Greensburg and surrounding areas, allowing you to work close to your home. Graduate nurses are welcome to apply! QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE Registered Nurse RN position: Graduate of state-approved school with course in pharmacology Reliable, independent means of transportation to make home visits. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and drive a vehicle with insurance limits as established by the state. What you’ll do as a Registered Nurse RN: As a Home Health Registered Nurse RN, you'll be at the heart of this mission. Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, patients, and families. Treatments, IV starts, Chest Tube Management, and Wound care. Educating and empowering patients and families on managing their health conditions and building confidence in self-care. Utilizing strong clinical assessment skills to monitor patient conditions and identify changes.
