About The Position

This role involves providing care and dignity to patients in Medical Unit 2. The Registered Nurse will lead a team of patient care providers, including Licensed Practical Nurses and Nursing Assistants. Responsibilities include participating in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, ensuring a high standard of care within all guidelines, policies, and regulations. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively, communicate effectively with coworkers, patients, and families, assess and solve problems, adapt quickly, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Requirements

Graduate from a nursing program
Current MN RN license
BSN required within three years
Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card
Work well independently and with others
Desire and ability to communicate well with coworkers, patients and their families

Responsibilities
