About The Position
Evergreen Family Health is seeking a compassionate, team-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our primary care practice in Williston, VT. As part of our clinical team, you’ll support providers in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals of all ages.
Requirements
- Active Vermont RN license (required)
- BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and EHR skills
Nice To Haves
- Primary care or outpatient experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Rooming patients, taking vitals, and reviewing medical history
- Assisting with procedures and care coordination
- Administering vaccines, medications, and performing phlebotomy
- Triage of patient calls and messages
- Supporting clinical documentation and follow-up tasks
