About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Medical-Surgical Stepdown Unit . This role requires strong clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and the ability to deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced, monitored environment. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with professional standards, ethical guidelines, and state scope of practice. Care is delivered using a collaborative, patient- and family-centered model that is culturally sensitive and age appropriate.
