As a member of the health care team, the RN will performing nursing duties for the care of patients while assisting and supporting the Medical Department’s professional staff. The RN will: Serve as key site coordination liaison Provide enhanced case management services to patients including initiating care, ongoing outreach and engagement activities and developing care plans Triage patients as outlined  Participate in morning and afternoon Team Huddles Address emergency situations in a controlled and professional manner Assist provider with patient exam and procedures Perform various lab tests, screening and phlebotomy testing consistent with training and clinic policies Assist with maintenance and inventory of medical equipment and supplies Maintain tracking and log records for immunizations, injectables, etc.  Adhere to safety and control standards at all times Maintain high level of professional communication with staff

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure
  • Current BLS/ALS certificate preferred
  • One year supervisory experience in ambulatory clinic preferred
  • Must pass Occupational Health Screening.
  • Must possess a valid form of identification as listed on the U.S. Department of Justice I-9 form, verified using the E Verify system.
  • Clean DMV driving record and MACT auto insurance driving eligibility (determined by auto insurance carrier).
