About The Position
As a Home Health RN , you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients’ homes. You will work closely with our clinical leadership team to complete start-of-care assessments, routine skilled visits, and provide ongoing patient education. We also utilize innovative AI-powered documentation tools to make charting faster, more efficient, and more personalized—so you can focus on what matters most: your patients.
Requirements
- Active Florida RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of skilled Medicare home health experience (OASIS preferred)
- Experience with Kinnser (WellSky) is a plus
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
