About The Position

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Lincoln Regional Center, a Joint Commission accredited state psychiatric hospital focused on patient-centered care. Shifts: Temporary on-call/PRN. Required to work a minimum of 32 hours per month, including 2 weekend shifts. Must start with three weeks of new employee orientation, Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, and then complete four weeks of job shadowing as your schedule permits. All training must be completed within 3 months of your start date. Compensation: Starting pay rate: $36.566/hour - $47.536/hour, based on years of LPN and RN work experience, plus additional Facility Differential Pay of $3.00/hour plus additional shift differentials up to $2.50/hour. 🌟Your Role: Patient Care: Deliver compassionate, person-centered care that respects each patient’s dignity and individuality. Requirements

  • A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Nebraska or authority based on the Nurse Licensure Compact to practice as a registered nurse in Nebraska.
  • Consideration will be given to applicants who are within 90 days of completing their RN program and/or obtaining RN licensure.
  • Must be at least 19 years of age and able to attend 3 weeks of new employee orientation during day hours.
  • Must be able to push, pull and lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Must have a valid driver's license or the ability to provide independent authorized transportation.
