About The Position

Job Summary: Provides professional nursing care to patients/families and the community. Accomplishes this by assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the nursing care and supervising the work of the licensed practical nurses, ancillary staff and students assigned to the unit. Minimum Qualifications: Possession of or eligibility for a license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State Preferred Qualifications: Previous Endoscopy, Critical care or Recovery Room experience preferred. ACLS recommended. Work Days: Full-time (40 hours per week), 0730 am thru 1930 pm weekdays. On call evenings, nights Weekends and Holidays.
