Requirements
- Licensed RN in the State of Michigan
- Experience in ER or critical care required
- Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella.
- MHC also requires all employees to receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year that they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care as part of a collaborative nursing team
- Assess, monitor, and stabilize paients in emegrent situations
- Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
- Support quality improvement initiatives and adherence to safety standards
