About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides in office and remote monitoring of cardiac devices, evaluates device transmissions and interrogations, educates patients and families before and after implantation, and maintains comprehensive cardiac device records.

Requirements

• Graduation certificate from an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) school of nursing, required
• Current MS state licensure, required
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Ability to maintain composure when confronted with fast-paced and stressful situations/timelines
• Ability and desire to learn new technologies
• Must be timely and dependable
• Must be able to multi-task, work independently and be very detail oriented
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must be able to complete documentation accurately
• Must be able to follow existing workflows

Nice To Haves

• BLS/CPR certification
• Basic knowledge of ECG interpretations
• Basic knowledge of pacemaker functions
• Basic knowledge of arrhythmias
