About The Position

Work Schedule: 80% FTE, Day shifts with no weekends or holidays. You will be working at the Junction Road Medical Center in Madison, WI. This position will focus on Endocrinology conditions and Osteoporosis. There is NO Diabetes care with this position Provide evidence based, high quality nursing care for patients via telephone, MyChart and in clinic. Assist with care coordination and clinic procedures. Provide education and guidance to patients and families. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team including physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, dietitians, and medical assistants. Use nursing knowledge and critical thinking skills to ensure each patient receives remarkable care. Participate in process improvement and quality initiatives. Requirements

  • Graduate of school of nursing Required
  • Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire Required
  • CPR/BLS Certification Upon Hire Required
  • 6 months of RN experience Required

Nice To Haves
