Job Summary The Field Nurse Supervisor (RN) oversees the day-to-day clinical operations of our home care field team. This role includes supervising nurses and caregivers, performing in-home assessments, developing care plans, and ensuring quality standards and regulatory compliance. You’ll also serve as a key clinical liaison between clients, families, and our care coordination team.
Requirements
- Active NJ Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
- 1+ years of nursing experience (home care, home health, or supervisory experience preferred).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Compassionate approach to patient and family care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and ensure accurate, up-to-date care plans.
- Supervise field home health aides to ensure delivery of quality care.
- Provide clinical training, coaching, and performance feedback for field staff.
- Perform home visits to monitor patient care and resolve clinical concerns.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal home care regulations.
- Participate in the on-call nurse rotation for clinical support.
