Requirements

Required to work a minimum of 3 shifts per month
Required to work one holiday per year
Pennsylvania RN license is required

Responsibilities

Managing daily care of residents in skilled nursing/personal care ensuring delivery of quality services and programs
Meeting resident expectations by effectively communicating with families, medical personnel, and other team members as needed
Ensuring required paperwork, records, MDS, and reports are accurate and timely
Following procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, HIPPA, and infection control requirements
Advocating for residents to ensure their needs are communicated and addressed with the care team
Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop plans to ensure best possible outcomes
Following all guidelines related to compliance with regulatory, safety, confidentiality, HIPAA, and infection control requirements
Performing other duties to support the effective operations of the healthcare department
