Requirements

  • Required to work a minimum of 3 shifts per month
  • Required to work one holiday per year
  • Pennsylvania RN license is required

Responsibilities

  • Managing daily care of residents in skilled nursing/personal care ensuring delivery of quality services and programs
  • Meeting resident expectations by effectively communicating with families, medical personnel, and other team members as needed
  • Ensuring required paperwork, records, MDS, and reports are accurate and timely
  • Following procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, HIPPA, and infection control requirements
  • Advocating for residents to ensure their needs are communicated and addressed with the care team
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop plans to ensure best possible outcomes
  • Following all guidelines related to compliance with regulatory, safety, confidentiality, HIPAA, and infection control requirements
  • Performing other duties to support the effective operations of the healthcare department
