About The Position
As the Registered Nurse you are responsible for providing clinical leadership to staff and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements to enable us to continue to deliver a high standard of care, services and most importantly a quality lifestyle for our residents. Reporting to the Home Manager at Calvary Riverside views, located in Tasmania, we currently have an opportunity for Registered Nurses - Nights to join our team.
Requirements
- An active AHPRA registration and qualifications as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience working as a RN in Aged Care
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organization
- Minimum 3 years of experience
Responsibilities
- Providing clinical leadership to staff and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements to enable us to continue to deliver a high standard of care, services and most importantly a quality lifestyle for our residents.
- Ensure compliance throughout the home with Aged Care Quality Standards, legislative/statutory requirements and regulations.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, delegate and manage the delegation process to ensure appropriate quality outcomes within expected timeframes
