We are adding Registered Nurses (RN) for all shifts to help us provide life-changing care for those receiving treatment for behavioral and mental health symptoms. We are looking for registered nurses for both day and night shifts. Shifts are 12-hours and have rotating weekends. We would love you to join us and save lives! New hourly rates between $40 - $45 per hour based on experience as a registered nurse. $15,000 Sign on bonus paid out half at 6 months and half at 12 months $5 per hour night shift differential, $7 weekend day shift(Sat and Sun), and $10 weekend night shift differential Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance after 30 days of employment NPH 401(k) plan with up to 4% Company match Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Programs Generous PTO and Time Off Policy Tuition discount opportunities through Capella University
Requirements
- Education: Must be a graduate accredited school of nursing
- Certification: Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Indiana.
- Experience: At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in psychiatric care, mental or behavioral health, or addiction recovery.
Responsibilities
- Plans, directs, evaluates, and documents all aspects of patient care, in accordance with regulatory requirements, established policy, and hospital values and philosophy.
- Assesses the needs of patients and initiates, implements and evaluates individualized plans of care.
- Relates effectively with other shifts for continuity of care.
- Maintains satisfactory relations with other departments and nursing units.
- Participates in all phases of education, maintenance of records, and skills of personnel.

- Must be passionate about quality patient care and serving an underserved population in an acute psychiatric care model.
