Your Role: As an RN, you'll help supervise staff, monitor patients, implement treatments, develop long-term care plans, administer medications, and follow up with families to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents. What You'll Do: Resident Care: Provide the highest quality of patient care to residents. Documentation: Promptly document care and observations in the clinical record using standard guidelines. Communication: Communicate effectively with residents' physicians and families. Medication Management: Administer medications, observe and report responses, and manage medication records. Emergency Response: Assist with or initiate emergency measures for sudden adverse developments. Team Leadership: Help lead a shift with fellow RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, fostering strong relationships and compliance with policies. Essential Functions: Daily Care: Ensure all nursing documentation accurately reflects the care provided. Safety: Promote optimal safety and effectiveness in medication management. Compliance: Follow clinical policies, procedures, and federal/state guidelines. Punctuality: Ensure regular attendance for assigned shifts.
