Develops, implements, and updates individualized plans of care based on patient needs and standards of care. Collaborates with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team to establish goals and discharge plans. Provides safe, ethical, and patient‑centered care respecting diversity, dignity, and autonomy. Recognizes and responds to changes in patient condition and emergency situations. Administers medications and treatments safely and monitors patient responses. Accurately executes and communicates physician orders and clinical information. Evaluates patient outcomes and revises care plans as needed. Performs technical skills and operates equipment according to policy and standards. Supports unit operations through documentation, charge/resource roles, staff education, and professional development.
