About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high ‑ quality, patient ‑ centered care. The RN performs comprehensive assessments, develops and updates care plans, administers treatments safely, and evaluates patient outcomes. Requirements

Associate's Degree - Nursing (Required)
New hires required to obtain BSN within 5 years of hire. (Required)
Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant nursing experience, preferably in a Same Day Surgery setting
Registered Nurse licensure (Required)
ACLS PALS may be required but is dependent on unit or department
Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
Knowledge, judgment, and skills derived from the principles of biological, physical, behavioral, social, and nursing sciences to meet complex health care needs at various stages of the life cycle

Responsibilities

Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments and document findings accurately.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care based on patient needs and clinical standards.
Safely administer medications, treatments, and utilize equipment according to policy.
Advocate for patients while maintaining a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment.
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Recognize and respond to emergency situations appropriately.
Supervise delegated tasks and ensure quality care delivery.
Demonstrate professionalism through continuous learning, collaboration, and participation in unit initiatives.
