Your responsibilities will include: Conducting thorough assessments of each client’s physical, emotional, and environmental needs. Developing individualized care plans based on clinical data and best practices. Providing skilled interventions aimed at achieving meaningful outcomes for clients. Updating care plans as conditions evolve, ensuring continued progress toward wellness goals. Administering medications safely and accurately. Maintaining clear, comprehensive documentation of assessments, plans, interventions, and outcomes. Ideal candidates will have: Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing. A current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. CPR certification (current).
