This role involves building real connections through 1:1 home care, offering flexible hours, consistent pay, and professional support. Requirements

Active RN license (Registered Nurse) in the state of Minnesota
Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Responsibilities

Care for clients in Winona and nearby communities
Build real connections through 1:1 home care
Provide 1:1 care to clients of all ages and acuity levels
Focus on patient care using user-friendly electronic charting

Benefits

$35–41/hour in Minnesota (including overnight and weekend shift differentials)
Full-time, part-time, and PRN (minimum two shifts/month) employment options
