Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
• Experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated experience in pre-operative and post-operative nursing care.
• Proficient in starting and managing IVs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in pre-op and post-op settings, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Start and manage intravenous lines efficiently and safely.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Adapt quickly to the demands of a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Educate patients and their families regarding pre-op and post-op care instructions.
