About The Position
WorkFit Medical Staffing is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. As an RN in LTC, you will be responsible for overseeing the health and well-being of residents, managing chronic conditions, administering medications, and coordinating with healthcare providers to ensure the highest standard of care. Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
- Experience in Long-Term Care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
