About The Position

The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) is a 50 year old home health agency that is growing and looking to hire Registered Nurses (RN) in Hobe Sound area. As an RN, you will work with referral sources from the healthcare community to implement services to meet the needs of individuals and families in their homes. You will be responsible for completing physical assessments and determine any patient home care needs, assist in developing and implementing that plan of care for each patient while using VNA of Florida's case management model. Requirements

• Trach/Vent and GT/ Supra Pubic– MUST have experience
• Available every other weekend
• Active Registered Nurse License required
• Must have a minimum of 1-year Clinical Experience

Nice To Haves

• Home Health/HCHB Experience a plus
