About The Position

BAYADA is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) in the Charlotte Metro area for home care. The company emphasizes one-on-one patient care and offers a supportive environment for nurses to learn and grow. BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program is the only paid, new graduate residency program in home care accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC). As a non-profit organization, BAYADA focuses on quality care, with Clinical Managers providing in-depth paid training and support to ensure new nurses are comfortable and confident. Nurses will care for people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, giving them the chance to explore their passions.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in U.S. and graduation from a qualified nursing program
• CPR in good standing
