Spring 2026 New Grad Registered Nurse – CMC 7T Transplant/Urology Department: 34413 Carolinas Medical Center - Nursing: Med Surg 7T Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hours Per Week: 36 Schedule Details/Additional Information: 3, 12-hour day shifts per week Holiday rotation Weekend rotation Pay Range $34.90 - $52.35 This position is Sign-on Bonus eligible. Where You Will Work: 7 Tower is a 36-bed medical/surgical – transplant/urology unit with a focus on surgery. Specialties include urology and kidney/liver/pancreas transplant and gender affirming surgery. 7T nurses are specially trained in providing peritoneal dialysis to all ESRD patients within the hospital and is a part of CMC Main, the Charlotte region's only level 1 trauma center. We’re Looking For: Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association What You’ll Do: • As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. • Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum. Requirements
