Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized care plans. Educating patients and families (and repeating yourself kindly, because… nursing). Completing clear, timely documentation in an EMR that won’t follow you into your dreams. Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN), licensed in Massachusetts
- At least 1 year of clinical experience
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently, but never unsupported
- Home health or similar experience required

- EMR experience preferred
