What You'll Do As a Residential RN at The Arc Lexington, you'll play a vital role in coordinating and overseeing healthcare services for people we support. You'll complete nursing assessments, provide direct care, and collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure individualized health needs are met. You'll also serve as a resource and mentor to LPNs and direct support staff, offering guidance, education, and support to promote safe practices and positive outcomes. Requirements

  • Licensed Registered Nurse, currently registered with the New York State Education Department
  • Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience or interest in supporting people with developmental and intellectual disabilities
  • A commitment to person-centered care and advocacy

Nice To Haves
