Requirements
- Current and valid state RN License.
- Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- Two (2) Years Experience in Acute Care Hemodialysis nursing required.
- Current ACLS certificate required
- Current PALS certificate and/or ENPC
- Basic Arrythmia Interpretation required.
- Minimum 1 year of RN ED experience required.
- Minimum of one year previous Perioperative experience required.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry, promptly identifying and responding to changes in patient condition.
- Communicate effectively with physicians regarding patient status, diagnostic results, and response to treatment.
- Educate patients and families on health management, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
- Ensure quality and continuity of care by adhering to facility policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards.
