Senior Community Care of Maryland PACE is part of Volunteers of America National Services which serves as the Housing and Healthcare affiliate of the Volunteers of America parent organization. The Registered Nurse under the direction and supervision of the Clinic Manager, provides skilled nursing care to participants in the PACE clinic and in participant’s homes, implements primary care orders, evaluates participant symptoms in person and/or by telephone, develops appropriate plan of care, provides participant, caregiver and family teaching and communicates participant’s condition to primary caregivers, physician and Interdisciplinary Team. PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly.
