IU Health University’s Medical Progressive Care Unit is an ICU stepdown unit that provides hands on care for complex medical patients with cystic fibrosis, sickle cell, acute/end stage live failure along with a multitude of other co-morbidities. Our nurses have an opportunity to make an immediate impact in our patient’s lives. There is always something new to learn and experience! As a nurse on MPCU, you will experience rare diagnoses and innovative treatment.
