About The Position

Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift Broadstep Behavioral Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Night Shift (7pm–7am) at our Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) in Kingstree, SC. This role is ideal for nurses who want to make a meaningful impact supporting individuals with behavioral health needs in a structured residential treatment environment. 💰 Competitive Pay + Shift Differentials for Nights and Weekends As a Night Shift RN, you will be responsible for providing nursing care, monitoring patient health status, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure safe and therapeutic care. Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina
1–3 years of nursing experience
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-based behavioral health environment
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

Nice To Haves

Experience in behavioral health, psychiatric, residential treatment, or acute care

Responsibilities

Monitor and assess patients’ health status and respond to changes in condition
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing protocols
Document patient care, symptoms, and treatment responses accurately in medical records
Measure and record vital signs and other clinical observations
Identify abnormal diagnostic data and communicate findings to physicians and clinical staff
Review and implement individualized care plans
Provide therapeutic nursing care and interventions in a behavioral health environment
Respond to patient needs and ensure a safe, supportive treatment setting
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary treatment team
Communicate with patients’ families and support networks regarding care and aftercare instructions when appropriate
Ensure compliance with nursing standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements
