About The Position
Department: Medical Oncology Shift Timings: 3 Night Shift and 3 Day shift Available Roles & Responsibilities: Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate. Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. Minimum Qualifications: 44 bed medical oncology/hematology unit 1:5 ratio, chemo administration, hospice care, hemophilia, SCC, medical overflow. Opportunity for chemo administration if applicant has ONS chemo certification.
