About The Position
The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans. Key responsibilities include administering prescribed medications and treatments, monitoring resident conditions, and reporting any changes to the interdisciplinary team. The RN will collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and therapists, and provide emotional support and guidance to residents and their families. Additionally, the role involves supervising and mentoring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure the provision of quality care. The position offers a supportive team environment where individual contributions are valued.
Requirements
- Valid RN license
- Ability to work as part of a clinical team and communicate effectively
